I fully recommend the Desiring God podcasts by John Piper. They have been helpful, insightful and hugely encouraging. Piper brings out great truths we may have missed or misunderstood from the Bible.
There are videos of the sermons as well as audio files here or from the podcasts section on the iTunes store.
